Tray Shelf (High & Low)-Modular Storage & Display System

The design features a slim metal frame paired with removable wooden tray shelves, creating a clean architectural structure with functional adaptability. The elevated tray edges help organize and secure displayed objects while enhancing the visual rhythm of the overall system.

For this project, we were responsible for the manufacturing of the complete metal structure, including frame fabrication, steel rod forming, surface finishing, and assembly precision control.

The lightweight steel frame required high dimensional accuracy to maintain stability while preserving the minimal visual appearance. Through precision welding and structural optimization, the shelving system achieves both durability and elegant proportions.

To complement the natural wood trays, the metal components received a fine matte black powder-coated finish, providing strong scratch resistance and a sophisticated modern contrast.

The modular tray system allows users to freely arrange and reposition shelves, making the product suitable for storage, display, and decorative applications across multiple interior settings.

The final result reflects a balance between modern craftsmanship, functional flexibility, and timeless design simplicity.
