Stacks Bookshelf Minimal Metal Storage System

For this project, we were responsible for the complete metal structure manufacturing, including frame fabrication, shelf support engineering, surface finishing, and assembly optimization.

The bookshelf features a slim steel profile construction that required high dimensional accuracy to maintain the clean geometric appearance throughout the entire structure. Special attention was given to welding precision and alignment control to ensure visual consistency from every angle.

To achieve the refined minimalist finish, all metal components underwent a multi-stage surface treatment process, including fine polishing, powder coating, and protective finishing. The matte black coating enhances the bookshelf’s modern industrial character while providing long-term durability and scratch resistance.

In addition to aesthetics, structural stability was a key focus during development. The shelving system was engineered to balance lightweight proportions with reliable load-bearing performance, making it suitable for both decorative display and practical storage applications.

The final result is a versatile shelving solution that reflects a balance between modern design language and precision metal craftsmanship.
