Brand Partner Project:The Conran Shop — Coat Stand

For this project, we were responsible for the manufacturing and development of the complete metal structure, including steel tube forming, welding, surface finishing, and structural stability optimization.

The product features a three-leg support system combined with curved top hooks, requiring precise tube bending and welding control to maintain clean geometry and balanced proportions. Special attention was given to achieving seamless joint transitions and long-term structural durability while preserving the visual lightness of the design.

To meet the brand’s refined aesthetic standards, the metal components received a high-quality matte powder-coated finish. The deep green surface treatment enhances the sculptural form of the product while providing excellent resistance to wear and daily use.

During development, the project focused on balancing stability, functionality, and minimalist appearance. The tripod structure was carefully engineered to ensure reliable support without adding unnecessary visual weight.

The final product delivers a timeless contemporary character suitable for residential, retail, and hospitality interiors, while showcasing our expertise in precision metal furniture manufacturing and international brand collaboration.
